Welcome to Clubside at Cherry Valley
Clubside at Cherry Valley (Clubside) is an age-restricted (55+) adult community located within the Cherry Valley development in Skillman, Somerset County, New Jersey. Established in 1999, Clubside consists of 89 stand-alone homes situated in a charming, wooded area with easy access to Princeton, Philadelphia, and New York City. Clubside homes are located on Otter Creek Road, Valencia Court, Bethpage Drive, and Ironwood Road.
All homes in Clubside were designed with seniors in mind, with first-floor master suites and smaller lots. Many homes include basements, walk-in attics, patios, and decks. The Clubside Homeowner Association coordinates the delivery of several services for all homes in the Clubside community. These are yard maintenance (grass cutting, leaf removal, light mulching, and bush trimming), yard irrigation, and snow/ice removal on driveways and sidewalks. Homeowners pay quarterly dues to Clubside for these services. All other home maintenance needs are the responsibility of the homeowner.
